ZKC Terrible Service

Hello fellow controllers, ZFW controller here, just wondering why every time I deal with sector 68 all I get is shit service or, in fact, no fucking service at all. Do they put trainees from the school of the deaf and blind in that position cause I've most definitely had several planes fly through my airspace and consistently never get them to pickup the line. Gage low, do your job or give me your airspace at this point.
