Jasmine is with Gino still?

Is Jasmine with Gino or is she dating someone new? I keep seeing mixed posts and articles saying she has a new man and that Gino is dating someone else - or that she was pregnant and he was jealous of her fame without him.. a bunch of different things. Just a few weeks ago Jasmine addressed the rumors on her Tik Tok by posting this video. She's holding a fake baby (I guess suggesting she isn't pregnant) and puts a hat on the baby to imply Gino would be the father of any baby she did have and that she was still with him. Idk if she did this because TLC doesn't want her to confirm anything until the last resort is over, or maybe her and Gino are working things out or still together. Is she even allowed to date while she is married? Can't he have her deported for that if she is seeing someone while married? It seems stupid for her to confirm anything when she is married. If this new guy leaves her and Gino didn't take her back she would be fucked and have no choice but to go back if someone else doesn't date her and provide for her.

What do you guys think? Are they together and trying to pull ratings and stay relevant or is something going on? He probably doesn't want to leave her because that's over $500k just walking away. Between green card money, buying her things and paying her rent in her country, and all the plastic surgery it probably was close to $500k he spent on her - I'd have a hard time letting that walk away and just be with someone else also.
