Is this considered as a fail on my diet:
So at the beginning I pulled up 2 rules for my diet: - time restricted eating - CICO: maxing out at 2000 cal per day.
Now when I did this math I counted my deficit per that lifestyle and didnt count per the 75Hard lifestyle. I lost 26 pounds within 5 weeks. Thats a bit too fast.
If I push up my daily calorie intake to 2300, would that be considered failing my Challange?
PS: this is a legit question and please don't start the comments if IF or CICO is a diet or not. It works fr my body, as you see, it works too good.
